The SymplyWORKSPACE Assistant reports the Meta Array as RED. There is a RED light on one of the Metadata SSDs on the back of the SymplyWORKSPACE
Check the Meta Array button in SymplyWORKSPACE Assistant to see if there is a disk reported as failed.
If your system has been moved and the disks removed and re-inserted it could be that a drive is not correctly seated and is being reported as failed. In this case use the SymplyWORKSPACE Assistant to shutdown the SymplyWORKSPACE, and follow the procedure below.
Once the system is shutdown, carefully eject and reseat the individual drives making sure they are properly installed. Power-on the SymplyWORKSPACE. In 3-4 minutes you will be able to access the SymplyWORKSPACE Assistant to check the status of the volume. Please submit a ticket with [Symply Support] if required.
