Sometimes when working to resolve an issue on a Windows system it may be necessary for us to request a Windows Registry Information File. The article below details how to save a copy of this information so it can be sent to the Symply support team.

  • In the Windows Search Bar type "Registry Editor" and open the application
  • Got to "File" and then "Export" 


 

  • Choose a location to save the file.
  • Attached the file to your support ticket if requested to do so.
