Whilst we'll always hope that everything goes smoothly there are times when that doesn't happen and you may need assistance with getting familiar with your new Symply product, or you may be unfortunate and hit a snag or fault with your Symply product or service. We'll outline in this article the ways open to accessing our support team.


Email

The very simplest method - just send us an email at: support@gosymply.com


Your email will go in to our support helpdesk and create a ticket for you, one of our agents will then read your message and reply with directions on how we can assist you find a resolution to your issue.


Support Portal

Our Symply Support Portal contains lots of self-help articles where you may be able to find the answer you're seeking. Use the search function to look up common terms. At the end of every article we have a link where you can create a new ticket within the portal itself - this requires a [sign-up] to an account on the Support Portal and you can use either your Google or Facebook account to streamline that process.


As your ticket progresses you can check through the portal as well as the emails which will be sent out from the agent working with you on your issue.
