Incompatible Media 

The SymplyLTO drive has determined that the drive has been loaded with a data cartridge that is not supported. For example LTO-6 media loaded into a LTO-8 drive mechanism. Always make sure that you source your media from a trusted source.

Symply recommends using Barium Ferrite (BaFe) LTO media where possible.
