Upgrade Firmware

The UPGRADE FIRMWARE button is used to upgrade the Symply LTO drive firmware when required. Click the UPGRADE FIRMWARE button, navigate to the downloaded firmware file and click OK to proceed with the update.

All Symply LTO drives are supplied with the most up-to-date firmware available at the time. Periodically new firmware updates may be available, please check our [LTO Firmware Downloads] support page for the latest firmware updates.

NOTE: the current version of SymplyATOM may display an 'error 60' when completing a firmware upgrade. Click the SCAN FOR DRIVES to check if the firmware upgrade was successful.

IMPORTANT: firmware updates should only be performed when requested to do so by a Symply Support Technician.
