To collect the controller logs from the SymplyRAID Manager please follow the instructions below.


  • Open SymplyRAID Manager

  • Click Add to add the SymplySPARK (which needs to be powered on and connected over Thunderbolt™ 3)



  •     Choose from Menu Bar: Controller > Dump Controller Log


  • The logs are saved to the a folder within the SymplyRAID Manager application bundle:
    • /Applications/Symply RAID Manager/Symply RAID Manager.app/Contents/Java/Log/
    • You will have to right-click on the Symply RAID Manager.app and choose Show Package Contents to be able to get to: Contents/Java/Log/
