Below is a troubleshooting guide to take if your Symply Spark is not powering on:


  1. Swap the power cable.
  2. Try powering on from a different socket.
  3. Check if the Fan is spinning.
  4. Ensure that your are not holding on to the power button for more than 3 seconds. Confirm the power button does not get stuck in after releasing your finger. 
  5. Check if the power button is lighting up and the status LED at the back is actively blinking after powering on.



6. Carefully remove the disks and check if there a light from behind the controller.
